The catalytic combustion treatment method is to send the organic gas source into the purification device through the action of the induced draft fan, first pass through the dust removal and flame arrester system, then enter the heat exchanger, and then send it into the heating chamber, through the heating device, the gas reaches the combustion reaction temperature, and then passes through The function of the catalytic bed decomposes the organic gas into carbon dioxide and water, and then enters the heat exchanger to exchange heat with the low-temperature gas, so that the temperature of the incoming gas rises to the reaction temperature. If the reaction temperature cannot be reached, the heating system can realize compensation heating through the automatic control system to make it burn completely, which saves energy, and the effective removal rate of exhaust gas reaches more than 96% , which meets the national emission standards.
